When do I need to order by to get my order in time for Christmas? 

  • For the best chance to receive your order in time for Christmas, using our standard shipping, is to order by December 10th. However, we cannot guarantee anything.  
  • If you pay for USPS priority and order by the 16th, you will likely receive your order in time for Christmas. However, we cannot guarantee anything  

When will I get my order?

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated? 

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to be updated from the time you receive your tracking number, if it isn’t then please contact the shipping provider for more details. If they are unable to help feel free to contact us here.

Am I able to cancel or alter my order? 

      • After being submitted, orders are quickly processed to be fulfilled as quickly as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the order has been submitted. Once items are received they can be returned through our portal here. For emergent circumstances, please contact our customer service team here.
